Ingredients for overnight oats

  1. Rolled oats 1/2 cup.
  2. 1 cup liquid (choose, water, milk, coconut milk, almond milk, yogut or any dairy free alternative)
  3. As a sweeteners we can use maple syrup, sugar, stevia, jaggery.
  4. For enhancing flavor we add vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg.
  5. Other extra thinks you can add like- fruits, nuts, nut butter, berries, banana, apple almond etc.

Steps to make overnight oats

  1. Combine the all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Mix well to all ingredients.
  3. Add sugar according to your test and add flavors.
  4. Seal and kept in refrigerater and enjoy in next morning before workout and after workout.
